The time since I posted last has been uneventful. Philip has continued in much the same way as the last several months-good days and bad days but not really any progress or regress. We did our first day of intermittent fasting today and he seemed to respond decently. I began praying for him before I even got him up that Gods grace would be sufficient for him this morning. I won't explain details of the fasting because it really does need to be regulated by a dietitian or doctor and I wouldn't want to explain it thoroughly enough for someone to try it on their own. I have been a bit vague on purpose. He had a good, alert evening I think because of the fasting.
Tomorrow he will be measured for a new medical stroller/wheelchair. He is growing out of his stroller very quickly and it's time for something more permanent. His physical therapist at school is spearheading the endeavor. We will meet with her and the sales rep from the company who sells the chairs. We're also discussing a few other equipment needs. It's getting much harder to give him a bath so we are looking into bath seats.
Please pray for discernment as we decide what equipment we need now. This is another new leg of this journey.
